Behind the scenes of Marigold & Amber
There are no problems, only solutions. At least that was the mindset of founder Verity Pattison when faced with a frustrating lack of bohemian prints and accessory options in the New Zealand market that fit her dreamy relaxed aesthetic. With a background in arts and design Verity’s keen eye for detail translates through every hand-selected piece.
Verity gained her qualifications as an Artist upon completion of three years study for “Visual Arts & Design” at the Eastern Institute of Technology in Hawke’s Bay. She now lives with husband Shayne and their two daughters Pearl and Indi, on the family farm inland from Wairoa, on the East Coast of the North Island, New Zealand.
The Environment of the East Coast of New Zealand is a major influence in Verity’s artwork. Her Art reflects her passion for nature, whether it be detailed paintings of seafood and shellfish or native and commonly found flora & fauna. Verity’s work is always presented to an exceptional standard, with focus on freshness of colour, detail and clarity. Verity exhibits her work in Galleries throughout New Zealand, including private and group exhibitions. Contact Verity – click here
